Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed.

  • When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure efficient order fulfillment, all orders are shipped every Wednesday.

If your order is placed after the weekly shipping cutoff, it will be processed and shipped on the following Wednesday, provided it has completed the 3 business day processing period.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once your package has been shipped, Asohs Touch is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Asohs Touch is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 Asohs Touch is not responsible for any packages returned or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by a customer, or if the package was not able to be delivered due to the customer not being home or if the package exceeds the maximum hold time at a pick up location. 

Lost or stolen packages 

Asohs Touch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered on an order. Please contact the carrier directly for claims on all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments.
